Take the Keihin Kyuukou from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa Station (16 minutes), transfer to the Yamanote Line for Shinjuku Station (19 minutes), then take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) Kaisoku to Nishiogikubo Station (12 minutes)
※Because Nishiogikubo Station and the Chuo Line operate on weekends and holidays, get off the train at this side of Ogikubo Station or change to the Sobu Line from the Chuo Line and come to Nishiogikubo Station.
